Lash extensions can be single hairs, clusters of 3 hairs or clusters of 8 hairs. There are also various colours, lengths, thickness and curve.

Do's and Dont's of Extension Lash Home Care
Do's Do flush eyes carefully with luke warm shower water to wash away dead cells and acid mantle build-up. Clean your make-up off first with a gel cleanser. Do use non oily mascara remover to clean the eye lid near the lashes. Use a tightened cotton bud and sweep up wards on the lid away from lashes. [b]DON�TS[/b] Don't get face cream near lashes, as the bonder will go soft. Don't have a cigarette lighter flame high as the radiant heat could frizz your lashes. Don't have your hair blow-dryer too close, or too hot when blow-drying your fringe as you could singe or frizz the lashes. Don't have your head in the way when opening the oven as the heat ball could frizz your lashes. Don't rub your eyes, but you can gently pump eyes to relieve an itch. Don't put towels over eyes as they could catch on the lashes. Don't pull jumpers over your head without one hand as a guard protecting your face. Don't put mascara on the lashes as this will look fake and removing mascara will soften the bonder and the lashes will catch on the cotton bud. Don't' pull off lashes as this will pull out your own lash. Easy to do and common sense. It also trains you to take care of the delicate skin around your eyes. LASH EXTENSIONS 3 to 8 hair cluster type
Your natural lashes replace themselves on a 6 week cycle approximately. This is why lash tints need to be done monthly. To keep the glamorous look of your lash extensions you will need fortnightly maintenance of about one third replacements to match your bodies natural growth cycles. This can be done in the salon or you can purchase a tray of lashes and bonder for home care.

Single hair type
We use this company's bonder. Most of the bonders produce vapour that will sting and your eyes may smart for days, even after the bonder is dry. Most salons will tape your bottom lashes down and get you to close your eyes.
